I first moved into a leadership position after an organizational reshuffle. I felt paralyzed by every fear in the book, but decided that I will learn to do this right.

Then, one day sitting in a doctors office I realized that I had invested thousands of hours of reading, researching, training, and experimenting. I realized there is a better way!

Today I am a certified coach, trainer, author and public speaker with a BS, MBA and over thirty years of experience in the leadership world. I career began as a software engineer before being promoted to management in the IT industry where I eventually became the VP of a $4 billion tech company.

I worked tirelessly to gain the knowledge and experience in becoming a leader that employees wanted to follow. I have been in the trenches and have conquered most challenges leaders face throughout their careers.

Adopting a growth mindset and creating an atmosphere where employees were encouraged to experiment and their hard ward was rewarded. Mistakes are not seen as failures but rather learning opportunities to make changes and improve.
